[Generic Platformer Game]

Despite being short, and bland, it runs soooo smooth, and the sprites just look right when they squish or stretch.
Word of advice: make the enemies short rectangles _ instead of tall | since it's kind of hard to hit them, and they kind of look like the pillars that would kill you.
Other than that, I'd say look into more copyright-free songs, since the one used is, kind of overused.

Game doesn't even get off the title screen.

Not a bad game, just wish the controls weren't so trash.
Controls should have been WASD top down instead of like steering a car.

Also for some reason I feel sad while playing this, idk, when I first saw the statues I started feeling hopeless for the people. Same goes for the ending screen, just seeing a guy there lie down and raising his hand at the statue really got me.
